Working Principle
1. Threading-----The operator threads the strapping tape around the packaged item and passes the tape head through the machine's guide slots and pressure plate.
2. Tensioning----- Pressing the trigger activates the pneumatic motor, which activates the tensioning system, tightening the strapping tape with extreme force, securing the package securely. The tightening force can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure or a regulating valve on the machine.
3. Bonding----- When the preset tension is reached, the machine automatically triggers the bonding process. Upper and lower friction plates or heated blades press the overlapping portions of the strapping tape together, melting and bonding them through friction or heat.
4. Cutting------ Once bonding is complete, the cutter automatically extends to cut off the excess strapping tape, completing one strapping cycle.
5. Reset------Once all operations are completed, the machine automatically resets and prepares for the next product packaging cycle.
