PP strapping belt making machine
PP strapping belt making machine is used to produce PP strapping tape for strapping and packaging. It adopts PLC control, and the whole production line realizes automatic production. It uses special screw and pressure sensor for PP extruder to ensure stable production and strapping tape quality. You can use 100% recycled pp flakes or virgin materials or mix them with each other.

Main components
The PP strapping production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
Feeder---- transfers PP polypropylene raw materials to the machine barrel.
Extruder------ used for melting and extrusion of plastics.
Die head-----controls the molding of the extruded plastic strip.
Cooling water tank----- cools the extruded plastic strip.
Stretching oven------- ensures the stretching ratio of the strip and more uniform plastic molding.
Tractor----- stretches the formed plastic.
Forming oven------ further ensures the stability of the shape of the plastic.
Winding machine------ winds the formed plastic strapping tape into rolls and puts it into storage.
PLC control system------- controls the entire machine, specification debugging, and parameter ratio setting.
