Excellent Strength------ PET strapping boasts tensile strength several times greater than comparable PP strapping, typically reaching 500 kgf to 800 kgf or even higher. It can replace equivalent steel strapping for heavy cargo packaging.
Excellent Ductility------- When subjected to strong external forces, PET strapping exhibits an elongation of 5%-10% (higher than PP strapping but significantly lower than steel strapping). This property allows it to absorb impact energy, preventing sudden breakage when impacted or jolted, providing consistent tension and enhanced safety.
